    • Please send your Company Overview (150-200 words) to Becca via email

    • Logo Requirements: High resolution JPS/AI/EPS as well as a JPG/PNG file

  • -Delegate list released to sponsors. Corinium must receive full payment of sponsor before the list is released 

26 May | Deadline for:

  • -Registering team passes
  •  
  • -Purchasing a lead scanning license
  •  
  • -30 Second Advert (only applicable if contracted, if you are not sure, please email Becca)
  •  
  • -Seat Drop Confirmation (only applicable if contracted, if you are not sure, please email Becca)

30 May | Deadline for: 
  • -Sponsor pre-event webinar hosted by Corinium via teams. If you do not have the invite on your calendar, please email Becca.
31 May | Deadline for: 
  • -Deliveries to the venue on or before this date
7 June | Deadline for: 
  • -The collection of materials from the venue
9 June
  • -Final Attendee List to be sent from Becca by EOD

Stand Packages

The standard space-only stand package includes the following:

  • 3m x 2m exhibit space
  • 1 x rectangular table 
  • 2x chairs
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi

If there are specific requests for tabletop set up, we will do our best to accommodate. Anything you do must stay within the allotted space and not exceed 10 feet in height.

AV Information

For the monitors, we would then have the following prices:

- 55" for 250€

- 75" for 550€

Including HDMI connection cable, power supply, delivery as well as assembly and disassembly.

To order AV, please send your request to Becca, becca.britt@coriniumgroup.com. Billing will come directly from the venue.

Shipping Information

Items can be sent to the venue up to 2 days before the event and must arrive between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

Timings

Setup

Monday, 5 June and Tuesday, 6 June

Exhibitors can access their booth to set-up on the Monday from 15:00 - 17:00, and from 7:00 on the Tuesday.

All stands must be ready for main conference delegates arrival at 8:00.

Breakdown

Wednesday, 7 June

Exhibitors need to vacate their stand by 15:00 on the Wednesday. Please note, you are responsible for setting up and breaking down of your own booth.
